Ordered a crew top 10 days ago and received an email from Helly Hansen the next day saying their IT system had been hacked. No idea if my data was breached, no update on the order and no idea if I'll ever see the top or get my money back. Shameful.

Unbelievable poor customer service. Had I read reviews first I would not have ordered Helly Hansen. Product may be good, but they are in dark ages with poor customer service and ridiculous purchase and return policy. According to their "official" website regarding order cancellations, it reads:
"RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The Buyer may cancel the purchase of the Product without penalty at any time before shipment and Buyer will receive a full refund or credit within 30 days, with no additional charges or fees. Buyer needs to call customer service at 1.866.376.4183 and ask to cancel or return order."
This was on my web ordered receipt. So, after waiting 45 minutes on hold each time I tried calling Helly Hansen Customer Service, my item still hasn't shipped. However, every customer service representative flat out told me they couldn't cancel my order. I elevated it to a manager and her response:
"Your case has been brought to my attention. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or modify web orders once they have been placed. The process is completely automated and orders go into 'batches' at the DC immediately, whereas they cannot be changed or cancelled. I do understand your reference to the Terms & Conditions page, however that is general sales information pertaining more to a wholesale/retail relationship."
Who runs this company and what a joke. Update your website to reflect reality, not some hypothetical what if situation. Seriously embarrassing for you and the Helly Hansen brand.
So now I have to wait for them to ship my product (I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped) and then according to their website, I'll have to wait 30 days for a refund.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HELLY HANSEN. THEY ARE POORLY RUN AND MANAGED AND NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS.
By the way, I ordered a new ski jacket from a competitor yesterday and my jacket is already on the way. 1-Day turnaround. That's how you run a business.
January 24, 2021 UPDATE:
I wanted to provide potential customers with an added review on the return of product to Helly Hansen. Basically, I purchased and paid for this item on December 26, 2020. It was finally shipped on January 6, 2021 and arrived approximately January 12 2021 (6 days). I promptly returned the item the next day on January 13, 2021. It took until January 20, 2021 (7 days) for the UPS ground shipping to acknowledge return of the product at Helly Hansen. As of today, January 24 I have not yet seen a credit on my credit card for the return of this order placed on December 26, 2020. Just to note, my wife returned something she purchased from another manufacturer on the same day as my return to Helly Hansen. At the moment the manufacturer return label was scanned at the UPS Store on January 13, her credit on her credit card was processed and received. Instantaneously!!
As I mentioned before, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HELLY HANSEN.

Long wait. But worth it.

Use helly hansen quite a lot for items. Always been happy with the items recieved and quality.
They have had a major technical issue resulting in a very long wait for deliveries to me made.
But have offered 50% discounts on orders made during that period. I am not going to knock the brand for having a blip which can happen to anyone. They seem to be trying to make a good will gesture and rectifying the issues.
I will personally carry on to use the brand as said earlier I've not had any product quality issues.

Stay away!

Stay away - horrible customer service :-(
I returned a jacket 2 MONTHS ago, I would change the size from S to M, and still haven´t heard or seen anything yet. I am so disappointed, thought Helly Hansen was a brand to trust.

I am still waiting for an order placed on 4thMay
I have emailed 3 times and last Monday spoke to customer service and was told my item would be despatched this week as technical problems have been sorted.It would be helpful if they put some information on their website.I get the feeling I’m being fobbed off
Will not buy from them again!!

I had warranty issues but Juni was great and looked after my complaint even though they were having major IT issues.

Shameful service from a name I thought I could trust

Brilliant experience, helpful customer service. The product I ordered, the lightning ski jacket, has been flawless.

If you have to question it, don’t waste your money

Customer service is garbage.
They don’t stick by their more expensive products.
They reneg on defects and warranty, making it up as they see fit.
Don’t waste your money if you’re having to question it.

Goodbye Helly Hansen

Bought a parka in their sale item as a gift. Received an order confirmation. Two days later received a cancellation email. Their explanation was that they didn't have anymore stock, or the price was wrong. No checking of whether I could await new stock or, accepting their mistake and offering the item anyway. End result, no gift and no longer a Helly Hansen customer. Shame, as their products are usually good. Customer service abysmal. Plenty of alternatives out there.

I ordered a jacket and I got it in the…

I ordered a jacket and I got it in the mail and it was too small. Returned the jacket and they received the jacket back well over a week ago and still no refund back. Called customer service several time and get hung up on, told I will get my refund in a couple of days and told they were short staff so its a delay in processing refunds. This is doesnt make any sense and I just want my money back. Wont ever order from them again.

Stay away

Stay away. Took a week to ship my order (even though the website says 1-2 days), and they refuse to reply to my e-mails even though i received a wrong product.

Worst experience

Very bad experience. They say that orders leave warehouse within 1-2 days. I ordered Saturday and they didn't ship the first order before Wednesday. Now it's Friday and I still don't have it.
I made another order on Monday and I didn't hear anything before today (Friday 4 days later) when I got a mail saying it was cancelled. On the mail and their website they say that their customer service is open on Friday but when you call them it's closed. I was supposed to use this stuff for a trip but now it's too late.
